NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 10 day of May, 2012, in Civil Action No. 11-CA-03399, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which BRAD GOETZ and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRAD GOETZ, are the Defendants, and SPRINGWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF NAPLES, INC., a Florida not- for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st Floor Atrium, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 9 day of July, 2012, the following real property located in Collier County, Florida:
Unit 303, Phase I, Springwood, a condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 1088, page 1564, and subsequent amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
