NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22nd day of May, 2012, and entered in Case No. 512011CA5808WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and BARBARA ANNE FISCHER A/K/A BARBARA FISCHER AKA BARBARA ANNE FISCHER; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB; VILLAS OF HOLIDAY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 5th day of July, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 92, PINEWOOD VILLAS PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PACES 72-73, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
