NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 01, 2012, and an Order Cancelling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 01, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2009-CA-2548-WS (J2) of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, Plaintiff, and PETRA HERMANN, HANS-JURGEN HERMANN, THE PRESERVE AT FAIRWAY OAKS HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 2nd day of July, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 63, THE PRESERVE AT FAIRWAY OAKS UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 28 THROUGH 30, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
