NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 28, 2010, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-001377-XXXX-WSJ2, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff and ERNEST PELUSO; LEONARA PELUSO; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 6th day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, THE MEADOWS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE(S) 109, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
