NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered by the Court on the 14th day of March, 2012, in that certain cause pending in the Circuit Court in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, Steven L. Ludwig, Deborah E. Ludwig, Mary Doe n/k/a Mary Ann Tickner, Mark Feinstein, the United States of America, and Capital One are defendants, in Civil Action No.: 51-2007-CA-000869-WS-J3, Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D., Clerk of the aforesaid Court, on July 12, 2012, will at 11:00 o'clock a.m. Eastern Standard Time, offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale online at www.pascorealforeclose.com the following described property, as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 5, Block 1 and the Northeasterly 1/2 of Lot 6, Block 1, of MARTHA'S VINEYARD, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 12, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.

Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
