NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the abovestyled case, number 2011-CA-3220-ES in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, that I, Paula S. O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk, will sell the following property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
Lot 771, EAST LAKE UNIT 4, LAKE PADGETT ESTATES, being further described as follows: Begin 2878.20 feet North and 2081.43 feet East of the Southwest corner of Southeast 1/4 of Section 19, Township 26 South, Range 19 East, Pasco County, Florida; thence South 31°30' West 100 feet; thence North 58°30' West 155.39 feet to the waters of the East Lake; thence Northeasterly along said waters to a point that is North 58°30' West 152.13 feet from the Point of Beginning; thence South 58°30' East 152.13 feet to Point of Beginning, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, rights, appurtenances, rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water, water rights, and water stock, and all fixtures now or hereafter attached to the property, including replacements and additions thereto.
