Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 4, 2012, and entered in 12-CA-774 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida , wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR ARGENT SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-M1, is the Plaintiff and TIM CHEESMAN; KATRINA M. CHAMPAGNE; COLLIER COUNTY CLERK OF COURT; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT# 1 N/K/A AUSTIN CHAMPAGNE; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2 are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, in the atrium, 1st Floor, Collier Cty Courthouse Annex, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 am on July 2, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 105 FEET OF THE WEST 180 FEET OF TRACT 100, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 67, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 89, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
