Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on July 5, 2012, at eleven o'clock, a.m. in the Atrium 1st Floor, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Tracts 113 and 114, Golden Gates Estates, Unit No. 46, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7, at Page(s) 31 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, LESS AND EXCEPT, that parcel described in Warranty Deed recorded August 15, 2008, in Official Records Book 4386, Page 2194, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Pursuant to the order or final judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is:
