NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, will on the 5th day of July 2012, at 11:00am www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Pasco County, Florida:
That certain Condominium Parcel described as Unit C, Building 45 and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto according to the Declaration of Condominium of GLENWOOD VILLAGE, a condominium as recorded in Official Record Book 1210, Pages 1656-1702, and amendments thereto and the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 20, Pages 108-112, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
