NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 4th day of June, 2012 and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-001651-ES the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein PINE RIDGE OF PASCO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and MONICA ZEA and MOUSTAFA ALY., are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via the internet at http://www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 11th day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Lot 24, Block 4, PINE RIDGE, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 38, Pages 141-144, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
