the north 75 feet of the south 180 feet of tract 109, golden gate estates unit no. 48, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 5 at pages 78 and 79 of the public records of collier county, florida
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at COLLIER County Courthouse, in the atrium on the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 5th day of July, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
