Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 3, 2011, and entered in 1101819CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida , wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and JESUS MARIA CORPORAN A/K/A JESUS CORPORAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JESUS MARIA CORPORAN A/K/A JESUS CORPORAN N/K/A RUTH BONNILES; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JOSEPHINA GARCIA; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A CARMEN CARMELLO are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, 1st Floor Atrium, Naples, Florida 34112, at 5 on July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 7, GOLDEN GATE UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 60 THROUGH 64, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
