notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 6, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-009041 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the IndyMac INDX Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-AR31, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-AR31 under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement Dated November 1, 2005, Plaintiff and Javier Bucio Carmona a/k/a Javier Ducio and Martha Madrigal Quezada, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on July 5, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 24, BLOCK 76, GOLDEN GATE, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 65 THROUGH 77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
