NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment Scheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on June 6, 2012 in this case now pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m., on the 5 day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 125, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 86, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 25 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
