NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated June 6, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2011-CA-002895 , of the Circuit Court of the 20th Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff, and ABBIE-JANE RUSSO A/K/A ABBIE J. RUSSO; JOSEPH R RUSSO, JR.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSYTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR GMAC MORTGAGE CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. at the First Floor Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, on the 5th day of July, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
Lot 20, in Block 97, of Golden Gate Unit No. 3, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, at Pages 97 through 105, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida
This property is located at the Street address of: 4418 25th Ave SW, Naples, FL 34116
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
