Phase II, a condominium, in accordance with and subject to the Declaration of Condominium, recorded in Official Record Book 1481, Pages 1618 through 1664, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and all amendments thereto together with an undivided share in the common element appurtenant thereto.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney, whose name and address are: Patricia J.
