NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 8, 2012 and entered in Case NO. 11-2009-CA-008486 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC, is the Plaintiff and GUILLERMO SUAREZ; LUIS E. VILLAR; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; BANKERS INSURANCE COMPANY; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 5 day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE EAST 180 FEET OF TRACT 85, OF UNIT 27, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, AT PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
