NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 14, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-012367-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Sherry A. Zenor a/k/a Sherry Zenor and Greg L. Jordan are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on June 29, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 96, WILLOW LINKS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1357, PAGES 2054, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 46, 46A THROUGH 46D,INCLUSIVE AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
