Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in the above-styled case, the Clerk shall sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, on July 3, 2012, at 9:00 a.m., at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The legal description of the property being sold is described herein:
All that certain parcel of land lying and being situated in the County of SARASOTA, State of FL, to-wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK H, REVISED PLAT OF VALENCIA TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE(S) 45, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
The Property or its address is commonly known as 1320 15th Street, Sarasota, Florida 34236.
