NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5th day of June, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 006117 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and TTROY SPENCER; ELLEN SPENCER; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A PHILLIP HOOVER; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 3rd day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 33, BLOCK 324, 5TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLATTHEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
