NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9th day of April, 2012, and entered in Case No. 58-2008-CA-002296, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and DWIGHT RUSSELL MORRISON JR A/K/A DWIGHT R. MORRISON JR A/K/A DWIGHT MORRISON JR; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; PARKRIDGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 6th day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 10204, PHASE 10, PARKRIDGE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO. 2004046838 AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
