NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 58-2011-CA-010205 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON (FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK) AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF CIT MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-1, Plaintiff, and, DIANA CONSTANTINE, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Florida, at the hour of 9:00 AM, on the 3rd day of JULY 2012, the following described property:
THE WESTERLY 9.76 FEET OF LOT 13631, ALL OF LOTS 13632 AND 13633, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT 52, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
