Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on June 11, 2012, in case number 2011-CA-006069-NC, of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein IberiaBank, a Louisiana State Chartered Bank, is the Plaintiff and Patrick J. McShane, John Armstrong, Edward Armstrong, Nicole Dey, Unknown Tenant #1 and Unknown Tenant #2, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash via the foreclosure sales conducted via internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on the 16th day of July, 2012, at 9:00 a.m., the following described property in Sarasota County, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 9, Block 2026, 44th Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 19, Page 33, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE FINAL JUDGMENT AND FORECLOSURE SALE MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
