Foster and Angela M. Foster, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M., on July 20, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 62, SPRING OAKS UNIT II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGE 47, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
