NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court in and for Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash via internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on July 17, 2012, that certain real property situated in the County of Sarasota, State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:
A fifty percent (50%) undivided interest in Lot 1575, LAKE SARASOTA UNIT NO. 17, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 23 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
