Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on May 22, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOT 31, BLOCK 2, REYNOLDS RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 106, PAGE 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 4304 REYNOLDS KNOLL PLACE, PLANT CITY, FL 33563; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on June 28, 2012 at 2:00 PM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
