Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 11, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 2011 CA 004280 NC, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2005-4C is the Plaintiff, and DANIEL LEE DELL`ARMO, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
The North 1/2 of Lot 75 and the North 1/2 of Lot 76, Braeburn Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page(s) 198, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 16th day of July, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
