NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 23, 2012, and entered in 10-CA-001534(B) of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff and LANNY PRIESTER; MARGARET DIANE ST. JOHN; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Rm 201/202, the George Edgecomb Building, 2nd Fl., 800 E. Twiggs St., Tampa, FL 33602, at 2:00pm on August 20, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BEGIN AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 18262, PAGE(S) 142 143, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN THENCE EAST 25 FEET TO THE EAST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF MAYDELL DRIVE, RUN ALONG SAID RIGHT OF WAY LINE SOUTH 720 FEET AND EAST 131.325 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; RUN THENCE SOUTH 70 FEET; THENCE RUN EAST 132.44 FEET TO THE WEST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF WINHAM DRIVE, THENCE RUN NORTH ALONG SAID RIGHT OF WAY 70 FEET; THENCE RUN WEST 132.29 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
