NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 11th, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 002180 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is Plaintiff and JAE CHO AKA JAE WON CHO AKA JAE CHO; CITY OF NORTH PORT; ET AL; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m., on the 17TH day of JULY, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 2577, 51ST ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
