ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-66- MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-66 is the Plaintiff, and BRYAN C. HOMAN A/K/A BRYAN HOMAN, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 1725, BUILDING C, BELLA VILLINO III, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS AS INSTRUMENT # 2005140552, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 38, PAGE 4, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 16th day of July, 2012.
