Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on May 30, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOT 6, BLOCK 61, VALHALLA PHASE 1-2, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 100, PAGE 282 THROUGH 300 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 5006 BARNSTEAD DRIVE, RIVERVIEW, FL 33569; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on September 4, 2012 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
