BOOK 3450, PAGE 1175 AND AMENDMENTS IN O.R. BOOK 3776, PAGE 1769; O.R. BOOK 4314, PAGE 1597; O.R. BOOK 4992, PAGE 700; BOOK:5065, PAGE 311 AND O.R. BOOK 5828, PAGE 1329 ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORD OF HILLSBOROUGH. COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF: AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 5820 B CHURCH ST #460, TAMPA, FL 33614; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on July 5, 2012 at 2:00 PM.
