and commonly known as: 7907 SAVANAH PALM PLACE UNIT 102, TAMPA, FL 33615; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E.
