Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on May 22, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOT 2, BLOCK 1, PLAN OF RANDALL'S ADDITION TO YBOR CITY, ACCORDING TO MAP THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 25, AS RECORDED IN PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 2206 N. 12TH ST., TAMPA, FL 33605; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on September 4, 2012 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
