and commonly known as: 2526 LAKE ELLEN CIRCLE, TAMPA, FL 33618; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on July 3rd, 2012 at 10:00 AM.
