NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 30, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-012433, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-NC5 ASSET-BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and SHANNON L. SNYDER F/K/A SHANNON GRAHAM; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHANNON L. SNYDER F/K/A SHANNON GRAHAM; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, at 10:00 a.m., on the 3rd day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, BLOCK 5 RANCHESTER UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
