NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff and MICHELLE LORD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHELLE LORD; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST PACIFIC MORTGAGE; HUNTINGTON BY THE CAMPUS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1 IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2 IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, at 10:00 a.m., on the 3rd day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 7 OF HUNTINGTON BY THE CAMPUS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGE 29 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
