NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated May 30, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2011-CA-005837, DIVISION: C, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2006-1 is Plaintiff, and FRANCIS JOSEPH RIZZOTTO; is the Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, on the 2nd Floor of the George Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, 33602, on the 3 day of July, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 33, 34, 35 AND 36 OF BLOCK J OF HILLSBORO HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF , AS THE SAME AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, ON PAGE 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBORO COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA
This property is located at the Street address of: 2010 East Okaloosa Avenue, Tampa, FL 33604.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
