NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated May 30, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2010-CA-018800, DIVISION: C, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDER OF MORGAN STANLEY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2007-2 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2 is Plaintiff, and VANCE D. FAIRBANKS JR. A/K/A V. DAVID FAIRBANKS JR., DENISE FAIRBANKS, FIFTH THIRD BANK, ISLAND WALK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., ISLAND MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A KEVIN HASLUP are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, on the 2nd Floor of the George Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, 33602, on the 3rd day of July, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NUMBER 23-1034, ISLAND WALK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 11004, PAGE 0637, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 0066, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AND UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
This property is located at the Street address of: 1034 Normandy Trace Rd #1034, Tampa, FL 33602.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
