NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated May 31, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2011-CA-010483, DIVISION: J, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff, and FANNI A. ESTEVEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FANNI A. ESTEVEZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR LEHMAN BROTHERS BA; COPPER RIDGE/BRANDON HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, on the 2nd Floor of the George Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, 33602, on the 12 day of July, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, COPPER RIDGE - TRACT B4, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 88, PAGE 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
with the Street address of: 4710 COPPER CANYON BLVD., VALRICO, FL 33594.

If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
