THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY: BEGIN 668.2 FEET WEST OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST AND RUN THENCE SOUTH 200 FEET, THENCE WEST 220 FEET, THENCE NORTH 200 FEET, AND THENCE EAST 220 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
and commonly known as: 2232 RIGHTAWAY LN, PLANT CITY , FL 33565; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on June 28, 2012 at 2:00 PM.
