NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered May 29, 2012 in Case No. 29-2011-CA-014179 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON (FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK) AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF CIT MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-1, Plaintiff, and, NARCIS E. KILEWO, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Tampa, Florida, at the hour of 10:00am, on the 5th day of July, 2012, the following described property:
LOT 28, BLOCK 8, WEST MEADOWS PARCEL “4” PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 83, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
