NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated May 31, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-CA-029963, DIVISION: D, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein is Plaintiff, and are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 2:00 PM, on the 2nd Floor of the George Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, 33602, on the 4th day of September, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit
LOT 6, BLOCK 15, GANDY BOULEVARD PARK 4TH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
with the Street address of: 3712 W. WALLACE AVENUE, TAMPA, FL 33611.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
