NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated May 30, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-020277, DIVISION: C, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff, DIANA MEDINA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DIANA; KENTWOOD PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; KENTWOOD PARK, LLC; THE LAURELS AT SHERWOOD LLC are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, on July 03, 2012, located on the 2ND FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida, 33602, Hillsborough County, Florida on the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 81, BUILDING L, OF KENTWOOD PARK, A CONDOMINIUM, FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16067, AT PAGE(S) 1747 THROUGH 1841 AS THEREAFTER AMENDED OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
This property is located at the Street address of: 2302 MAKI RD 81, PLANT CITY, FL 33563.
