NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated May 30, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2011-CA-012879, DIVISION C, RF, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff, and JOSEPHINE M SMITH A/K/A JOSEPHINE SMITH and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSEPHINE M SMITH A/K/A JOSEPHINE SMITH are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, on the 2nd Floor of the George Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, 33602, on the 3 day of July, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
