NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 31, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-011637, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS TRUSTEE FOR CIT MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-1,, is Plaintiff and FREDERICK SKETTINI A/K/A FRED A. SKETTINI; MAUREEN K. SKETTINI, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, at 10:00 a.m., on the 12 day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 52, ARMENSIA ESTATES REVISED, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE (S) 62 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
