NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 30, 2012, and entered in Case No. F, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff and GLENN A. VINA A/K/A GLENN VINA; LAKE CHASE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; COUNTRYWIDE MORTGAGE VENTURES, LLC DBA ACCESS HOME LENDERS; CITIMORTGAGE, INC.; JOHN DOE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; JANE DOE N/K/A KIMBERLY, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, at 10:00 a.m. on the 4 day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT NO. 9716, BUILDING 31, OF LAKE CHASE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 14750, PAGES 34 THROUGH 162, AND MODIFIED IN O.R. BOOK 14881, PAGES 1968 THROUGH 1970, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
