NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 4th day of June, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09-38779, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and BRIAN M BIER; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS A NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK N.A; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRIAN M. BIER; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 31st day of July, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., to the highest bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest and best bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 59, BLOCK “B” CYPRESS LAKES PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THEPLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 82 THROUGH 100, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
