NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 13, 2010, entered in Case No. 2007CA015969-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for The Certificateholders of CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2006-OA16, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-OA16 is the Plaintiff and Heleomar De Carvalho; Maria Tereza Ruy De Carvalho a/k/a Maria Theresa Ruy De Carvalho a/k/a maria Ruy De Carvalho; Springleaf Home Equity, Inc. f/k/a America General Home Equity, Inc.; Wesmere Maintenance Association, Inc.; Hawthorne Oaks Homeowners Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 4 day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 47, FENWICK COVE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 130 AND 131, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
