NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment scheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on June 7, 2012 in this case now pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
The office of Lydia Gardner Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Orange County Courthouse at 425 N. Orange Avenue, Room 350, Orlando, Florida 32801, on the 9th day of AUGUST, 2012, at 11:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:

AS DELINEATED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICE OF THE ORANGE COUNTY RECORDER ON JUNE 28, 1973, IN O. R. BOOK 2425, PAGE 896 AS AMENDED AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 2, PAGES 62 THROUGH 69, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
